The machine is basically Auger type filling machine. This filling machine filled Container / Bottle / Pouch is to be held manually below the nozzle. As the foot pedal is pressed the product starts dispensing through the nozzle. The required quantity can be set with the help of counter. All the parts coming in contact with the product are made of SS304.

2 Head Powder Filling Machine

Description

• The bottles / jars after orientation will be transferred to the input conveyor of the Container handling line.
• An intermittent rotating will pick up 2 nos containers in to its pockets and brings them below the filling heads.
• After filling the bottles will be released to the output conveyor of the line.
• The Filled bottles / Jar / Containers can be connected to the Foil sealing / Capping / Cap Pressing machine.
