When bottles or jars comes under filling station a stopper mechanism holds the bottles till the filling takes place & release after filling finishes.

Palletizer

A palletizer or palletiser is a machine which provides automatic means for stacking cases of goods or products onto a pallet. Manually placing boxes on pallets can be time consuming and expensive; it can also put unusual stress on workers. There are specific types of palletizers.

Semi Automatic Paste Filling Machine

The machine is basically a positive displacement type of machine.The product is stored in SS hopper. During each stroke of the piston, a required quantity of product is drawn from the hopper and delivered through the output nozzle

2 Head Powder Fiiling Machine

The bottles/jars after orientation will be transferred to the input conveyor of the Container handling line. An intermittent rotating will pick up 2 nos containers in to its pockets and brings them below the filling heads. After filling the bottles will be released to the output conveyor of the line.

Rotary Capping Machines

The containers will be coming from the Filling Machine will be taken into the entry turret of the capping machine, with the help of screw feeder for proper Separation. The caps dumped into the vibratory Feeder will come out of the chute after orientation.

Sleeving Machine

The filled bottles are fed manually or taken directly from the filling or capping machine. An indexing turret picks up the bottles and brings it below the sleeving head. The tube from the roll passes over a mandrel before a pair of rollers Draws it. The body of the bottle picks up cut length of tube. A cutter cuts the tube to the required length.

Carton Over wrap Machine

Carton wrapping machine is working automatic or manually connect to carton machines on the input conveyors. At the end of the conveyors, every cartons have separated by the main pushers for the wrapping stations. The film will be drawns and cuts to the required sized.
